Q1: How much is delivery and what are the shipping times?

Delivery across the UK is 100% free of charge (£0.00). Orders submitted prior to 2:00 PM (UK Time) on business days are dispatched in 1–2 business days. In-transit delivery requires 3–7 business days, resulting in a total expected timeline of 4–9 business days.

Q2: What is your return timeframe and does it cost anything?

We offer a 28-day return window from delivery. Returns are completely free (£0 return shipping and £0 restocking fee). A pre-printed return shipping label is already included inside your original delivery parcel.

Q3: How long does a refund take to process?

Once your returned clip light is received and checked at our workshop, your refund is completed strictly within 3 days back to the original Visa or Mastercard payment card.

Q4: Will the clamp damage my wooden desk or headboard?

No. All Villa Lights clip-on fixtures are fitted with high-density anti-scratch silicone/rubber contact pads on both jaws of the clamp, ensuring a firm grip without scratching paint, varnish, or upholstery.

Q5: What payment cards do you support?

To provide maximum security, we accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards only. We do not accept other payment wallets or cash on delivery.

Q6: Are your lights powered by UK mains or USB?

Depending on the model, our lamps operate via a standard UK 3-pin fused plug (220–240V) or via a certified 5V USB/USB-C connection compatible with UK power banks and laptops.
